Small moving job

I need help with a very small move from Portsmouth, NH to Durham, NH. I have two pickup trucks, but cannot lift myself, unfortunately. Both start and end locations are on the second floor of the building. Need the following four items moved: 1. Mattress (queen size) 2. Bedframe 3. reclining chair 4.
