This chocolate experience starts with a talk about chocolate, its history and types. Professional chocolatiers Susana and Isabel will guide you in a sampling of different percentages of single-origin chocolates from around the world. They will then share tips for working with chocolate. After, you will get in on the action by making your own bars and adding different toppings. You get to take home 3 medium bars.
