Paint ceiling + walls + demolish kitchen island

Hello there, I have 2 bedroom apartment 1100sq feet in WPB downtown with a 10feet height ceiling. I'd like to start on October 10th. I am looking for contractors to do the following: - Paint ceilings in white (currently it is just cement - loft style, see pics) - Paint one cement wall in white - Do fresh paint for walls - Demolish kitchen island - Put tile on a balcony Please reply what of the above you can do, how much time that will take and how much $.
