Keep Pinellas Beautiful is excited to host a planting project at Moccasin Lake in partnership with IDEAS For Us, One Tree Planted, Restore America's Estuaries, Citgo, and the City of Clearwater! We will be planting Florida native trees and vegetation in an effort to provide habitat and food for local wildlife and pollinators. We hope you can join us for a rewarding morning of beautification and community improvement! *** TIME: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM WHERE: Moccasin Lake Nature Park - 2750 Park Trail Ln, Clearwater, FL 33759. WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. We recommend a long sleeve shirt, hat and sunglasses. WHAT TO EXPECT: Tools, gloves, sunscreen, bug repellent and water will be provided. Please bring your own reusable water bottle if you have one.
