Description

The first half of the performance will feature the Rose Quartet, a HS student string quartet. Their selections will include works by composers Florence Price and Franz Schubert. The second half of the program will spotlight hometown grown talent, Matthew Daline performing Mozart’s Sonata for piano and violin No. 21 in E minor. Matthew will be accompanied by his wife, Jennifer Pei-Hsuan Chung. Matthew and his wife have recently relocated back to Port Townsend from Bowling Green, OH where they worked as professors of music at Bowling Green University. They are currently performing professionally in the Pacific Northwest as well as starting their own personal music studios here in Port Townsend.
