The Hensel Phelps Great Hall Team is excited to host the upcoming Pre-Bid Outreach Event for the Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation for MWBE GC's. This meeting will inform you of the DEN Great Hall Project, located at the Jeppesen Terminal Building at Denver International Airport in Denver, as well as provide information for the specific scopes of work for Bid Package 01 under the CEEA Project.  Date: October 5, 2022Time: 4:00pm-5:00pm Location: World Port Office, 24735 E 75th Ave, Denver, CO 80249Things to Know Scope: Tenant Improvement Bid Package No. 01: Initial Award will be best value selection for Pre-Con services ~ 66,000 GSF TI project with Pre-Con and construction Elevators & Escalators MEP Fire Protection Finishes There will be a five-week bidding period to encourage relationship building. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site office at Worldport (24735 E 75th Ave, Denver, CO 80249) .
