ISO reseller partner for storage volume

Description
I own a junk removal company and will be consolidating my various storage units into one new unit across the next several days in order to dodge a monstrous auto-rebill on Oct 1st---my goal for this transfer project is to part with a majority of my accumulated wares. Much of my current volume I wanted to resell, myself, but my business has continued to pull me away to new jobsites and, after a couple years of cyclically poor time management, I just have too much in my care now; so, I have to start severing tentacles off the beast here. As I pull things out during the consolidation, I want to have resellers ready to come take volume off my hands quickly--especially furniture, but other items will be available, too. To clarify, this is not a paying position: rather, I am granting YOU an opportunity to make money for *yourself* based on volume I give you. For some higher-end things I may ask a nominal fee upfront due to steep resale value, but most offers will be for outright free volume. I will match your energy and attitude: if you're positive and embrace my opportunities, I will be sure to find more stuff for you to keep you going if you enjoy it, now and in the future. For the assurance that I don't overwhelm any one party during this consolidation project, I'm hoping to queue up a few candidates, to ensure that all items get picked up by the end of the transfer and there is no fallout of clutter left lingering. Kindly be advised several of my current furniture resale opportunities are project pieces that will need attention in various ways, i.e. deep steamcleaning, repairing parts, purchase of missing fasteners, etc. However, be comforted to know that I have done quite a bit of furniture resale in years prior so I know the market and can see viability wherever it is: none of my pieces are junk, or they would have been discarded when they initially came off the job. Prefer to partner with someone not scared of cleaning a dirty couch, or having to go to Lowe's for some simple hardware, etc. Not all my pieces are projects; some are indeed ready-to-sell, but I prefer to partner with someone who enjoys the full spectrum of opportunities, not just the ones that require minimal effort. I feel like this arrangement would work great for an enterprising college student with a fullsize pickup truck, a flexible schedule, a can-do attitude, some elbow grease, and the capacity for storage on their end. Looking for someone who is good with problem-solving, has an energetic willingness to fix & repair as needed for the sake of making good resales and enjoys 'the thrill of the flip.' Due to the nature of my work, volume comes in on an ongoing basis, so this can certainly become a cheerful, regular partnership if we vibe well---and I take good care of anyone I consider a teammate in my extended business model, since my partners are all equally valuable in helping my company serve its mission of keeping viables out of the landfill. Prefer partners who live on the SW side, for easiest/ quickest commute, since my storage facility is in Butler Plaza. Thanks for taking the time to read this. If you're interested, please include your name, a little about yourself and your work history, and why you feel you would be a good reseller partner. Have you done this type of work before? Do you have storage space on your end? Any favorite item categories that you enjoy reselling in particular? Do you have a large vehicle compatible with hauling loads, etc? Add whatever other information will help you stand out. I will monitor my email and look forward to hearing from you!
