PATCHOGUE, NY—Long Island wedding officiant Leann Pisano and her husband Lou Pisano are so grateful for the medical treatment they received when they were sick with coronavirus that they decided to give back in a unique way.
The couple began offering free marriage ceremonies to any healthcare worker, EMT, police or military member at their Long Island Wedding Chapel in Patchogue starting Tuesday.
The couple describe the chapel as bilingual and gay-marriage friendly.
