Resourcefulness 6. Stewardship WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION LEAD TECHNICIAN Our company is offering a high growth potential opportunity in a fast-paced environment as a Lead Water Damage Technician. This is a full-time position and will require on-call availability. Responsibilities • Perform field activities that include demolition (removal of drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad, etc.), cleaning, emergency services, structural drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, and other specialized cleaning. • Lead mitigation crews and oversee quality control and overall customer satisfaction. • Respond with urgency to all assigned emergency water/fire damage claims. • Set up and operate restoration equipment such as moisture detectors, dehumidifiers, air-movers, etc. • Use company software to document all job information and completed work.
