We are a rapidly growing industrial coatings company in Hayward, CA. We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate. Mon - Fri work week (8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break) Responsibilities: 1. Shipping and Receiving Goods 2. Picking orders 3. Preparing and packaging products for international and domestic shipping 4. Coordinating pickups with shipping companies 5. Loading and unloading items using a Fork Lift 6. Inspect incoming items and make decisions to receive or reject it. 7. Making and cutting flooring samples (training will be provided for this task) 8. Interacting with customers with regards to the shipping status 9. Keeping the warehouse organized and tidy 10. Ability to handle small mechanical works a plus - mixing and blending items Requirements include: 1. Good team player and can follow orders precisely 2 Experience operating a forklift. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 4. Ability to prioritize work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities. 6. Ability to lift at least 70 lbs. 7. Presentable. Good team player. 8. Reliable and strong work ethic 9. Must have some computer literacy - Email communication, Word and Excel documents 10. Clean driving record Compensation & Benefits 1. Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour depending upon skills and past work experiences 2. Sick Time Off and Paid Time off 3. Birthday gift 4.
