This will be a group event, experiencing the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls to help you relax and rejuvenate your body from the inside out. Join me for a blissful experience to help you get into a relaxed state. We will discuss the benefits and the basics of sound baths. This introduction will give a preview of what it is like to attend a sound bath session. Then it will be time to enjoy the benefits from the healing power of sound as you lay back and relax, letting the soothing sounds of crystal bowls melt away your stress and tension and take you into a deeper state of relaxation. WHAT TO BRING: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat/camping mat, your favorite blanket/quilt and pillows/cushions. For hydration bring a water bottle or thermos if you prefer. Doors open at 7:15pm. Event starts 7:30 pm and concludes by around 8.30pm
