Learn how to defend yourself in your professional or personal life. You will learn hands on with our instructor, Kellen, who is a black belt martial arts instructor. After the class, you will understand situational awareness, vulnerable attacks, learn some basics self defense to prepare you for any unforeseen circumstances. Class is open to ALL women wanting to learn self defense to protect themselves! Must be 18 years or older to participate.
