Located at 6500 Metropolis Drive, the Central Texas Food Bank is a 135,000-square-foot facility bustling with staff and volunteers who help bring the mission to life. Enjoy a 30-minute behind-the-scenes tour of our facility to look at how food is sorted and stocked in the warehouse. This unique experience includes a walking tour through our warehouse, cooler and freezer, product recovery room and production kitchen, all while learning about hunger in Central Texas. We require at least one adult per 15 children. For the safety of all tour participants, closed-toed shoes and shirts with sleeves should be worn.
