Getting your images to that point not only takes a creative eye and photographic expertise, but it also takes a photographer that knows how to connect with their subject. Jes will provide great tips and tricks on what to do behind the camera related to how to style people, how to pose people and how to make them feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. Being able to properly direct your client will help to create stunning images that both they and you are proud of. Whether you are the photographer or the client, this class will help to take your headshots to the next level. Focus On Events & People PhotographyNovember 16, 2022– 10am to 12pm Focus On Bringing Photography into Your Business November 16, 2022– 10am to 12pm As small business owners, there is nothing we love more than bringing people together to interact with our businesses and how capturing that in photography or videographer can elevate or stall your efforts. Capturing photos and videos during events, classes, client interactions and more can help to showcase our brand and bring our websites and social media to life! But, there can be many considerations that go into taking pictures of people and how to utilize these images. What type of photography or video gear do you need to capture the best people and products? Do you need a model release, can you show a customer’s face on your website or social media, do you need a media pass or credentials to photograph certain events? How do you protect yourself with the use and release of images for others to use? Indianapolis photographer, Tanysha Parker will discuss event photography and how to work with people to make sure that your images look good and can be used to promote your business and how to find your niche. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORTanysha Parker is Videographer/Photographer based out of Indianapolis, IN and a mother of one to a 6 year old son. She entered into this industry in April of 2020 when an experienced videographer was offering courses on the education of the camera and the proper use of it, as well as the editing software. From there she knew this was where she belonged and could make a strong name for herself. Photography wasn't in the plan at the time, but when it came about the transition was easy since I was already knowledgeable in the fundamentals. Product and Wedding Photography is her passion and being able to tell a story with visuals is what drives her to create more. This creativity has led her to many adventures and has given her the chance to collaborate with some truly talented individuals. She is always searching for more opportunities to explore further, continue growing and expand her skill set. Find her on Instagram at @create_her_visuals and CreateHerVisuals.com Ticket CostTickets are $29 per class or $69 for a bundle of all three classes.
