Job Summary: Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible. Essential Duties: Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduled Maintenance to include changing lights bulbs, light plumbing, etc. Complete work assignments in a timely manner Trash pickup outside of building and parking lot Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on property, if assigned Use and maintain equipment properly Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned Ability to work without normal supervision Reports safety hazards as appropriate Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees Responsable del servicio programado de mantenimiento de emergencia El mantenimiento incluye el cambio de bombillas, trabajos de plomería simples, etc. Completar las asignaciones de trabajo a su debido tiempo Recoger la basura fuera del edificio y en el estacionamiento Hacer el mantenimiento preventivo regular de las máquinas y equipos del edificio, si le han asignado esa tarea Usar y mantener el equipo en forma apropiada Operar y mantener todos los equipos de manera correcta y segura Supervisar y mantener todos los sistemas de la propiedad tal cual lo asignado Capacidad para trabajar sin supervisión normal Informar si existen riesgos de seguridad, según corresponda Mantener una cortesía profesional con todos los residentes, proveedores, contratistas y compañeros de trabajo Knowledge and Skills: High School Diploma Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience Strong communication skills Must be willing to work assigned hours Compensation Harvard is offering a competitive hourly pay rate structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
