She has served in various capacities for the agencies and now is the Consultant Project Manager for County of Orange Public Works (OCPW) Rancho Mission Viejo (RMV) project. Her involvement in the OCPW Land Development section makes the community and infrastructures a reality along with numerous County staff, and Consultants. With 37 years of experience with Master Planned Communities, Jim has been involved with the design of Laguna Audubon in Aliso Viejo, Talega in San Clemente, Rancho Mission Viejo and other communities in Orange County. His involvement in the design of these communities and the infrastructure serving the needs of the residents has helped to make these communities a vibrant part of Orange County.
