Found Chihuahua

Anyone missing a black ~5-8 year old male Chihuahua?? Went shopping at HEB (130 Sawdust Rd, Spring, TX 77380) around 10pm on 9/20/22 and this little guy was roaming around the parking lot with a harness but no ID tag. Brought him home with me and took him to the vet the next day to scan for microchip but unfortunately he does not have one. I'm now looking for the owner or someone to take him in. I live alone, work 12hr shifts and unable to care for him. Also the shelters are full and turned him down. Please help ASAP he's a gentle dog and deserves better!
