Please bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one.  A small number along with blocks will be available. Ticket options include either a new sparkling herbal tea or 1 beer to enjoy after class. The herbal tea (Herbarium) is non-alcoholic, vegan, gluten free, sugar free, and made with locally grown herbs from Flourish Farmstead!
