Join the Family Resource Center to learn more about our work through our Kinship Navigation and Strength to Succeed programs. The Family Resource Center's mission is to build healthier families and stronger communities through positive relations, programs, and collaborations in the North Country. Our Kinship Navigation and Strength to Succeed programs do just that by working specifically with relative and fictive kinship caregivers - aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc. who are helping raise others' children. Our Strength to Suceed program works with parents who may struggle with mental health or substance use issues. In conjunction, the programs work together for the best interest of the children and work to reunify families. You will hear stories from real Kinship families, as well as our staff who are working directly with them. Light refreshments and food will be provided, as well as a raffle.
