Poached Halibut: english peas, puffed barley, radish
Third Course:
Venison Ragu Orecchiette: Durham ranch venison, house made pasta, smoked tomatoes
Fourth Course:
NC Ribeye: potato fondant, brown ale demi glace, parsnips, herb fines
Dessert:
Pumpkin Cheesecake: graham cracker, pumpkin, fall spice, candied sage
