Mochi is a Japanese dessert made of sweet rice cake. The rice is pounded out and molded into round dumplings. It is traditioanlly filled with anko, which is a sweet red bean paste or served in a sweet soup.
Participants will learn how to make mochi while sipping on a complimentary glass of wine ($15.00 value). Participants will be able to fill their mochi with anko, or experiement with other non-traditional filling like chocolate, strawberry's and other delicous goodies.
