Meet Owen Hi! My name is Owen Fincher, and I’m a high school senior at Ravenscroft. On April 18, 2008, I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. I underwent three and a half years of chemotherapy and had several surgeries during my treatment. It was a difficult time for me and my family. I am very blessed and thankful that I can say I am a cancer SURVIVOR! About Crucial Catch The Crucial Catch mission is to fight cancer through early detection and risk reduction. Ravenscroft students have been working with The Carolina Panthers, The National Football League, and The American Cancer Society to raise funds for the fight against cancer.
