We have 2 Immediate Openings for professional cleaning technicians (Sparklers™) who take pride in their work, who have great communication skills with customers and co-workers. If you have what it takes, we will hire you quickly. As part of the Bubble’s Sparkle team, you will be responsible for cleaning for the health and safety of families in the Boca Raton and the surrounding areas. JOB SUMMARY: Sparklers play the most important role in our company and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients in and around the Boca Raton area. Sparklers arrive during scheduled times to provide a variety of cleaning services according to the cleaning specifications for each residence. Cleaning tasks include but are not limited to; trash removal, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, family room, dining room, den/office, utility/laundry room, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming floors, window washing, and other duties as assigned by the company’s representative. EXPERIENCE: • Experience as a cleaning technician is highly preferred. QUALIFICATIONS | REQUIREMENTS: • The position may require the employee to travel to more than one client location. • Punctual attendance is an essential function of this position. • Great positive attitude. • Clean background (background check will be conducted during the employment process). • Enjoy cleaning. • The ability to communicate in English. • Dependable, detail-oriented and have reliable transportation. COMPENSATION | HOURS • This position compensation is up to $20.00/hr plus 100% of the tips. (direct deposit every Tuesday) • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. - Weekends are optional.
