Fall Community Cleanup Day

Description

This is a family friendly evet. All volunteers must sign liability release form and sign in and out. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an authorized adult as signed by their parent or legal guardian for the event. All persons must ware enclosed shoes. All persons must come to Lizzie Chapel Baptist Church to sign in and out and receive other instructions. We are unable to provide babysitting service for this event. Those persons that require community service certification may bring company/organization/school form with them. Manna forms are available for those that do not bring a community service form. Persons are responsible for the damage and loss of any personal tool they bring with them for use.
