Rehome - White Pit/Lab Mix

I'm having to rehome my white Pit/Lab mix female dog due to relocation. Nova is a white Pit/Lab Mix female. She is spayed. Currently, she weighs 57 lbs, 1y4m old, and in good health. Nova is fully vaccinated. Nova is great with children. She is gentle and loves to play with them. She is very friendly with people in general, and always shows signs of wanting to interact with them and get pet by them. When people come over house, she welcomes them with excitement, she does get the zoomies during these times. Nova likes to interact with dogs big or small. She tends to be gentle and submissive at first introduction, but then opens up. With cats, she shows interest, but I don't know what she would do and I have not let the interaction happen just in case, the cats always show defensive signs. On the leash, she does well for the most part. I have to use a leash lead because she is a strong girl. She just gets excited when she sees a dog and clearly wants to go connect. Nova's demeanor is attentive, aims to please, lovable, playful, she wants to give and receive love 24/7. She really enjoys being by your side and like to take part in the things you do. She is confident, but also likes to be by your side. When we go to the park, she ventures out within a range, but is always making sure where you are and keeps proximity. She knows some commands: sit, down, come here, stay, bed, ah ah(don't do that), easy(if she's too excited that calms her down a bit), get the toy, stick toy(you can almost give the toys an individual name). She likes to play with toys and sticks. She likes to be brushed and likes to be bathed( I tend to spray the water hose over her and she loves playing that way before a bath). She is house trained and goes outside to do her business. She tends to let you know by sitting next to you, by the door, or in direct line of sight AND whines (that's her cue to go out to potty).
