Amistades, Inc. is currently in need of community members to complete a survey for one of our programs focusing on Covid Long-Hauler effects. Anyone over 18 that lives in Pima county can participate. The survey needs to be completed in person and each person will receive a $15 gift card to Walmart. Every Thursday from noon to 4pm we will have surveys available for walk-ins at our office. If you have a group of people in one location, we can also send one of our staff to your office or home.
