Special needs mini dachshund to pet only home

I have a mini dachshund puppy, color is Isabella, she does have skin issues due to the gene that creates that color. I am looking for pet only home. She is utd on vaccinations and has her vaccinations record, other than her skin and hair loss,she is healthy but that will be an issue through out her life. there is a fee, she must go to someone who can accommodate her needs ect. She is a wonderful lil girl and if still in house training but is doing awesome, she will come with her crate as well. Her food is all natural.
