We cannot admit anyone under the age of 21 or without a valid ID. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Directions, parking, and access information are available at our event website. Parking is FREE. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, we can also scan the QR code from the confirmation email on your smartphone. What is the refund policy? Sorry, but all tickets are non-refundable. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? Yes, valid tickets may be used by anyone 21+ regardless of the name used during registration.
