The theme of this mindfulness meditation retreat is self-compassion. Turning kindness inward is a process that we all need. Many people are able to offer compassion and kindness to their children, clients, or friends yet struggle to receive it. Marie is offering a day of loving-kindness for the mind, body and spirit. You are welcome as you are with any experience level, burnout, compassion fatigue, or life experience. This is a sacred space for the quiet nourishment that awareness awakens. Marie Olson is native Arizonan artist, art therapist, and licensed associate counselor. She has been pursuing a certification in teaching mindfulness meditation since Jan 2021. This retreat is a practicum for her certification, she may ask you for feedback at the end of the day!
