Step up to the stainless steel tables and roll up your sleeves; it's time to get your hands dirty! Chef Sacha will teach you how to make fresh delicious pasta from scratch.
The class takes approximately two hours during which you will make your own pasta dough and learn to use a manual pasta machine to create beautiful pasta. The class will finish with the group eating what you created!
The chef will cook the pasta and also provide an appetizer to open your pallete. There is a bistro bar with wine, cocktails, beer, or sodas for your convenience should you decide you'd like to enjoy a drink with your meal.
There is also the option to take your pasta home if you prefer. (Just let the chef know so that he can be sure to pack it up and give you instructions for the best results in your home kitchen.)

Chef Sacha Ratti
As a boy, Sacha learned to create the complex dishes that had been passed
down from generations of famiglia Ratti. The time spent with extended family and
friends savoring the lovingly-prepared meals formed lasting bonds and deep
relationships. The aroma and taste of each dish invariably prompted story-telling
about Ratti family members that lasted long into the evening. According to
Sacha, meals culminated with everyone feeling a sense of belonging and peace.
Reminiscing often about the hours he spent in the kitchen selecting ingredients and
preparing food with his nonna and mamma made both Sacha and wife, Pamela, long to
recreate those food-rich and story-filled years for their twin girls - and for anyone
seeking comfort and a sense of community.
That is what he is building at Galleria.
