A&A is looking for a reliable Grounds Keeper in the City of West Hollywood Start date:October 1st. Some duties are as follow: • Clean Parking Garage and building lobbies floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing • Make sure parking office and desks are maintained cleaned and dust free • Gather and empty trash • Service, clean and supply restrooms • Assist with some office duties • Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems • Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties • Clean and polish elevators • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees • Dust walls, machines and equipment • Make sure all shop rooms are maintained clean • Other duties may apply based on company needs Grounds Keeper should posses the following Great customer service, responsible be always on time is a must, no experience needed Please text to number provided if this job is of interest and you can fulfill this position.
