I'm purchasing an Old Country Brazos BBQ Smoker () and need a welder to assist with the following modifications:
1. Smoke stack extension.
2. Baffle removal.
3. Installation of a smoke collector under need the smoke stack.
4. Installation of 2 thermometers.
5. Placement of a gasket around the doors of the cooking chamber.
Looking for someone who understands these modifications very well and has experience with smokers like this. Please let me know what type of experience you have and an estimate of how much you'd charge for this work.
