Private production/recording/podcast studio in Hollywood media district available for time share or monthly rental to responsible engineer/producer. All the gear/mics/computer/daw/vocal booth and space you need to build something dope. We are looking for an engineer/producer interested in possibly time sharing one of our studio rooms while also potentially being available to work sessions we bring in as well. (it can go against the rent if as well). $1500/mo for up to 20 hours a week. Additionally, if you are looking to rent solo and monthly, we can discuss this as well.
