Found dog on near uc/converse

Saw dog wandering by 1976 on my way to work at 7am, saw him again laying by the road on my way home at 5pm I sat with him for an hour plus until he was comfortable enough to be next to me and I took the first chance I got to put a leash over him. There was some food and tubs of water by where he was hanging out. He didn’t like when I put the leash over him. Please if you’re looking for this dog or want him let me know. Didn’t have collar on him but his nails are short so I know he’s someone’s dog.
