Kitten in need of help

Kitten was found under my porch again this kitten has something wrong with its eye and yes I've called the shelter and they aren't taking in any strays at the moment. This kitten needs medical attention it's taken me about 3 nights trying to catch this little guy which I assume is a boy and finally caught him and have been keeping him inside but I work 6 days a week and have my own home chaos so if anyone has the resources please come take this baby boy in hes orange and white.
