This is Bowser. He's a little under two, mixed breed but Im not really sure what he's mixed with. Bowser was a Christmas gift from a family member. He's been in our home for most of his life, but we've never really had the money or time to get him things he very much needs. Bowser has never been to the vet. He's not up to date on shots, he's not neutered (adopter would be required to take care of this) and he may have worms. He's a bit mangy too. He's poorly trained, and child aggressive. He's bit my niece twice, once in the face, although I'm pretty sure she provoked him. There are 7 children in my house and she's the only one to receive this kind of aggression. However, the way he acts around neighborhood kids makes me really wary. He's snapped at them whenever the opportunity has arisen for him. I know that this sounds like a horror story, but Bowser is not a bad dog. He can be very friendly and playful. Unfortunately my family just does not have the time to give him the attention he deserves. He's a very anxious dog and you can tell he has anxiety problems. Our house is cramped in our yard is small so Bowser really doesn't have the room to roam. And because of his aggression issues, he's difficult to walk around the neighborhood. Also, he hates car rides. I'm in a custody battle currently for my niece, and her being repeatedly bitten by my dog is not putting anything in my favor. This is really the only reason we're looking into getting rid of him. He can't afford a trainer and really have no idea how to train him ourselves. At this point all of the children are kind of wary of him, but they know to leave him alone for the most part. He's scheduled to be neutered on the 20th, but I worry that it'll be too late in animal control will have gotten him by then. Bowser doesn't deserve that but I worry that it's too late for him. In North Akron, Looking to rehome as soon as possible. Bowser deserves a family who has the patience and time for him. Were in the process of moving I've had children services of magistrate and a guardian ad litem all tell me not to take this dog. If he stays here he will almost assuredly be put down.
