Parrots are very sociable birds they like to be with others of their own kind they like to be with humans but they do not like to be alone. If they are alone over extended period of times they die from loneliness. Yet Petco on Valley River Drive has several parents behind pixie glass locked behind another shield of glass in separate pixie glass cages with bare metal under their feet and metal walls and no socialization except for when someone cleans her cage. As humans we are supposed to be caretakers not torture other beings the petco main office is located in San Diego. I didnt find a local office. I’m not asking anyone but because it just encourages mire cruelty. They need to stop biting and selling and meanwhile crear a decent sociable living atmosphere for these birds. Just 5 minutes of your time by calling the offices in San Diego and if you can find the main office in Oregon. The workers in the store can’t change anything it has to be ch as need in the corporate offices. Please share
