Our strongest asset as a hotel is our location, the ‘private’ beach that is our backyard. Our Associates will ensure every guest feels a personal connection to our little corner of the world. Responsibilities as maintenance engineer include assisting the Chief Engineer in maintaining the hotel including physical building structures, all mechanical components electrical wiring, HVAC systems and related equipment for preventive maintenance programs. Providing the upkeep of guest areas and managing all on-site issues that may arise. The position requires a hands-on knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical, plumbing, laundry, painting and mechanical equipment and repairs and replacement skills. Skills certifications in HVAC, electrical & plumbing a plus.
