Positions: Event Security Location: Austin, TX Pay Rate: $20hr We at NLS are looking to add personnel for an event during F1, and will be alongside the Red Bull Racing team. We book an average of 40 events a month and have opportunity for full/part time as well. Looking to add to our staff immediately. Upcoming Available Post(s) ● Red Bull Racing Event - 10/22 - 10am-12am ● Red Bull Racing Event - 10/23 - 10am-7pm Essential Functions ● Appear on post in accordance with uniform requirements and fitness for duty. ● Maintain awareness at all times. ● Remain well-informed of security orders, and procedures at all times. ● Stand post as a deterrent to any person seeking access controlled area ● Take reasonable and prudent action to ensure the safety of employees, visiting personnel, and client assets. ● Observe and monitor the actions of persons considering entering the secured area. ● Report to management all unusual or suspicious activity. ● Seek supervisory input when necessary ● Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors with courtesy and professionalism. ● Other related duties, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications ● High School Diploma or GED ● Must be at least 18 years of age. ● U.S. citizen, U.S. National or lawful permanent resident ● Must be able to perform all functions of the job. ● Must demonstrate ability to learn operations and procedures. ● Must be able to carry out instructions provided in written or oral form. ● Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearance. ● Able to meet any special qualifications set forth in post orders or other relevant protocols and directives. ● Must obtain or be eligible to obtain a Level 2 Non-Commissioned License from the TXDPS (we can help with this) NLS is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
