I need a Plumber, who is experienced with those metal older pipes, to find and fix the leak in the basement. I have a leak in the basement of that older 1930s home. Its all metal pipes, so i need someone to CLIMB in the basement, and to do an inspection of those pipes under there in detail, and to find where it is leaking. The basement is about feet and a half in height, if you are slim, you can go there, but you need to wear something appropriate. There is water in the basement, an inch or two inches. I would pay like $30 for a complete plumbing inspection, to find the leaks. +PLUS i would pay for your price to fix this up, if we agree on the price. This house has been vacant for about a year. I need someone to inspect those pipes under the house, and to find where the leak is coming from, and to draw me a diagram, so i know where its from, and to make a list of materials we need to fix this up.
