Mellow older female puppy

I have 10ish month old mixed breed female pup for re-homing. She is house broken- will sit by the door when she needs to go out (will obviously need time to adjust & learn the ropes of a new place), knows how to sit & shake paws. She is crate trained & will go to her crate on her own with a "go to bed" command. She also knows "back up", like if she is crowding the door & "out" like if she needs to leave a room. She is working on recall & is doing well just in our yard. She weighs in the 50lb-60lb range, is not fixed & is not up to date on shots- I know she needs a rabies at the very least. She's really really good with my kids, including my 3 yr old who does "got your nose" to her at least 10 times a day & loves to squish his face into hers (my son has developmental delays & she is amazing with him) She's pretty mellow as far as puppies/young dogs go, she's content to lay on the couch with you while you binge a show or go follow you around the yard while you work. She does ok on a leash, but needs more work. She doesn't have experience riding in a car. She needs a tall fenced yard. She jumps over our 4 - 4 1/2 ft fence like she's a bunny, doesn't even need a running start, lol. What started as a temporary placement with us has turned permanent & it's unfortunately not working out- not her fault, we already had a puppy & 2 is proving to be more of a challenge than we can commit to. $50 for her, her crate (it was used when we got it), & a bag of food to help her switch over to whatever you'll be feeding her.
