Local builder needs a hardwood floor installer for new construction properties in Nampa. Must have references and local installation photos. The average installation size ranges from 540 to approximately 650 sq.ft. We usually use either 3.25" wide Maple or 5" wide Hickory flooring. We require installation of Aquabar prior to hardwood installation. We will provide the materials (hardwood, aquabar, staples/cleats, glues and finishes) Candidate would have their own tools and transportation. At this point in time, we are in need of two homes that need the hardwood installed immediately. More to come, but not at a regular timeframe. Pay would be for labor only and soon after completion and inspection of finished floor. Layout of hardwood locations and orientation will be marked on the floor for each job. Perfect for an experienced hardwood installer looking for some side $$$!
