Hello, We are an office building located in Old Town, Virginia and we are looking for someone to do some routine maintenance work and minor handyman repairs for the building. The ideal candidate will need to be able to do work outside and know how to operate simple maintenance tools and cleaning supplies. You must also be able to: *operate a smartphone to look at the Work App to see what jobs are scheduled for the day *have your own work van to haul big materials for jobs assigned (i.e. doors, Drywall sheets, windows) *be able to communicate with the office and the clients at the jobsites in English The schedule will be 3-5 days out of the week!
