Weeding needed at 420 Illinois

Looking for someone to weed the property. It is an apartment complex with four units. Finished product should be pictures texted to me of the three sides of the house with all of the weeds either pulled or weed-whacked. I estimate it as a half hour job but will pay the lowest bidder to get it done at the price they need to be whole. Send a reply saying when you can do it and how much you would charge.
