1 year old blue heeler needs proper rehoming

My sister has a blue heeler dog named Loki who is a lite over 1 year old. When she got him she was not aware of the requirements for a blue heeler to be 100 percent happy. He recently bit me and it scared my sister so much that she wants to re-home him but I honestly think he could be a great dog with better training and an experienced owner. He is very attached to her so there might be a bit f a trust curve fr him. I would really like to find someone hopefully with a farm or has the right situation to give this blue heeler the physical and mental stimulation he needs. He probably would be better off with someone without kids and experience with a dog that needs some training.he may benefit as well being around other dogs.I will provide a few pics email me if you are interested or know anyone who may be.
