Wanted! Female or Male Lead vocalist with shining stage presence on and off the stage. Full-time working band with regional management and talent coordinator access seeks full-time and devoted vocalist with a hunger to build and grow with the band and preferably with contacts for booking. We are formally educated in music performance and music business and looking for an equally professional and devoted vocalist, bonus but not required if you are formally educated in voice or an instrument. Please come with mic, stand, and be ready to woo the audience onto the dance floor. We will handle the sound, lights, and accompaniment on guitar, bass, and backing tracks if needed. Gigs are on the calendar and we need you to complete the band! We tour regionally within the midwest and may have international opportunities as well. Our goal is to be booked Thursday-Sunday and cluster travel dates in areas as much as possible to be as efficient as possible. We have rehearsal spaces in the Chicago suburbs as well as outside of Minneapolis St Paul which are our two hubs, but if you live outside of these hubs it is not an issue, but please be ready to commit to travel as needed. We are looking to book duos, trios, and entire 4 piece with drums depending on the venue and space. Setlist is the best from Michael Jackson and Prince plus associated acts to round out the party atmosphere. We rehearse prior to gigs as a group to build on and off-stage chemistry and comradery and to create a dynamic and focused show. We approach the band as a democracy with an equal voice and want someone with good energy on and off the stage with high character and integrity. We are professional and do not drink during a show and expect on-time arrivals from everybody. Open communication and coming from a place of yes are invaluable! Lastly, we are looking to build our digital footprint and if you can bring any knowledge and ideas to share, we are open to big ideas and trying new things! Our marketing and tour manager is looking for a partner in building our brand and a sounding board for new ideas for digital content and exposure beyond the traditional Facebook and Instagram content.
