I need to find a plumber that can fix a water leak underneath the kitchen in a mobile home in Lynnwood. I need to find someone reliable, honest and affordable and someone that won't charge me more than the mobile home is worth and preferably charges an hourly rate instead of by the job rate. Please respond if this applies to you and with how much you charge per hour.
