Looking for someone to move woodchips and dirt

I moved into a house recently and there are woodchips piled up to the chainlink fence and they are falling into the neighbor's yard. Looking to pay for a day of work for 2--3 people, to move the excess chips and dirt away from the fence until level with the neighbor's yard. The team would then clean the woodchips out of the neighbor's yard (by hand or broom, etc). It could even be a good idea to put down tarps on the other side to catch woodchips as they fall.
