Duplex in Bakersfield purchased. Looking to hire someone independent to repair a few areas of concrete and framing that has deteriorated. This needs to be done as soon as possible so we can start renovating the duplex next month. Photos and inspection report is available for your review. We can arrange to have an onsite look as well.
