Re-homing sweet young female cat

We have a sweet kitty - 2yr old tabby named Pippa that we are looking to re-home. We adopted her as a kitten along with her sister. They have been indoor cats. Pippa is the sweetest cat and it absolutely breaks our hearts to be at this stage. She's friendly, cuddly, good with kids/people, sociable, and all around the sweetest little thing. Pippa has issues peeing outside the litterbox and we've tried everything to fix the problem but have been unsuccessful. We believe the issue is because she doesn't get along with her sister and doesn't like sharing the boxes. We just did a second full rundown at the vet, but there's no medical issue causing the problem, it is behavioral. We need to find her a one-cat home with someone that can help her re-train to pee in the right place. She is fully vaccinated, well cared for, and spayed. She has always been an indoor cat. No medical issues.
